Gregory Ernest Williams, died July 20, 2020 peacefully in Bremerton, Washington, following a long battle.
He was born to James and Cora Williams on May 6, 1955, in Covington, Kentucky. The family relocated to Norwalk, California when he was three.
He served in the U.S. Army at Fort Hood.
Mr. Williams was employed by the Alaska Department of Transportation. While in Ketchikan, he was a member of the Redman, BPOE Elks and Moose Lodge.
He and his wife, Connie (McKay) Williams, relocated to Washington in 2004.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Kermit (Barbara) Braughton, Roger (Tayna) Williams and Jimmy Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Connie (McKay) Williams of Tahuya, Washington; son, Kristofer (Lesley) Williams of Ketchikan; daughters, Angel (Jason) Williams of Texas, and Lacey Armstrong of Alaska; brother, Larrry (Nancy) Williams of Iowa; step-daughters, Angie (Joe) Collins Branco and Jennilyn Allison; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No services are planned. Mr. Williams will be cremated and laid to rest at a later time.
