Elizabeth Eugena Harrison, age 45, passed away July 2, 2021 at her home in Ketchikan, Alaska. She was loved by many and her infectious laugh will never be forgotten. During her lifetime she went by many names; Elizabeth, Gena, Beth, Liz and Mom. Many knew her by only one name – but there are a lucky few who were present for all those phases of her life.
She is survived by her son Sebastian Harrison who was her entire world. She never missed one of his games and was incredibly proud of the young man he has become. His achievements are a testament to the dedication and undying love that she had for him. While her time with him was too short, the legacy of her love will forever be with him.
She is also survived by her aunt and uncle, Candy and Gus Peterson, with whom she was raised since the age of 6 and whom she lovingly called mom and dad. She is also survived by her cousin Shauna Lee whom she always called, “Sister”, and nieces Stasha Southmayd and Aubrey Lee, her Aunt Susan Heisler, cousins Rebecca Heisler and her children Isabela, Olivia and Nathaniel, cousin Jeri Marie Heisler and her children Lyla, Zarin, and Alayna, cousin Justin Oster and cousin John Brown and his daughter Alexandria. On her fathers’ side she is survived by her brother John Urciel, Uncle Billy Ray Harrison, Aunts Linda Harrison, Pattie Orona, and Tamara Kwinn. In addition, cousins Steve Harrison, Johnny Harrison, Donny Harrison, Larry Harrison Jr., Billy Peck, Brandy Archibeque, Blake Robinson, Krystal Vallera, Olivia Burns, Rachel Kwinn and David Kwinn Jr.
She was preceded in death by her mother Rowann Brown Harrison, father Sammy Gene Harrison, brother Joshua Eric Harrison, Uncle Larry Harrison, Sr. Uncle Gregory Brown, her fraternal grandparents Billy and Ellen Harrison, and maternal grandparents, Johnnie Mae Matthews and Howard Preston Brown.
