KETCHIKAN (KDN) — Two individuals have been arrested and charged with one count each of alleged second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance following a warrant search of a vehicle Monday in Ketchikan.

Responding to a call about two people sleeping in a truck for "several hours in the middle of the day," a Ketchikan Police Department officer located Kelli Lecomu, 29, and Jesse Ball, 34, asleep in the truck, according to the probable cause statements in both cases.
