Time is running out

EDITOR, Daily News:

The clock is ticking for the settlement of the AMHS ferry strike.

I pray for better state mediation and a resolution fair for the many dedicated workers. Gross misinterpretations, insinuations and dire warnings have no place at the negotiation table. The ferry "highway" must continue before we see an impact far greater than that with the mill closure. I recommend negotiators, mediator and Dunleavy sail on a ferry with no destination until a contract is signed.
