Next round of seine openings set

KETCHIKAN (KDN) — The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has scheduled the next round of harvest openings for the commercial purse seine salmon fishery in Southeast Alaska for Sunday.

District 4 will be open from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

Portions of Section 1-F, District 2, Section 7-A, District 10, Section 12-A, Section 13-A, Section 13-C, Section 14-B and Section 14-C will  open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Part of Section 12-A  will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
