Ketchikan needs people to step up to the plate.

William Lewis Comarillo

William Lewis Comarillo, 44, died Sept. 15, 2013, in Ketchikan.

He was born April 14, 1969, in Lynwood, Calif. He attended Schoenbar Middle School and Homer High School.

Mr. Comarillo resided in Ketchikan and Portland, Ore., and was employed as a bartender and cashier.

He was a Christian, and enjoyed helping people, walking and fishing. He also enjoyed sports, games, biking and the pool league.

Mr. Comarillo is survived by his mother, Charlotte K. Poirier of Ketchikan; daughters, Queana and Sapphire of Ketchikan; and step-children, Kayla Anniskette of Anchorage, and P.J. Anniskette of Utah.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2900 Fifth Ave., Ketchikan.
