Job asked in Job 14:14: "If a man dies, will he live again?"
Many believe death is the end, that it’s all over when you die and nothing else exists. They even doubt Christ’s resurrection. This is not a new thing. The Greeks at Corinth did not believe and even some in their church began to doubt. Paul addressed their unbelief in chapter 15 of First Corinthians where he laid out four evidences that Christ was resurrected, and as a result we will be also!
First, changed lives: "Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain."
Second, Old Testament prophecies: "For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures."
Third, the eyewitnesses: "And that he appeared to Peter, and then to the twelve. After that, he appeared to more than 500 of the brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles,"
And fourth, our own lives: "And last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born."
Paul said, yes, there’s proof because you’ve been changed, and yes, Old Testament prophecy and predictions have all been fulfilled, and yes, you’ve got all these eyewitnesses — but here’s how I know he lives: He lives in me!
Have you met Jesus? Have you seen him with the eyes of your heart? Heard his voice? Been touched by him? Do you know he lives inside of you?
