PeaceHealth, the Catholic nonprofit organization that operates the city-owned Ketchikan Medical Center, has signed a letter of intent with UW Medicine, a component of the University of Washington that includes its School of Medicine and Harborview Medical Center, to form a “strategic affiliation” between the two.
