STEPS FOR CHANGE — People sign up for Steps For Change, a walk around the Gateway Recreation Center's indoor track to raise awareness of the problem of domestic violence, on Wednesday. Women in Safe Homes and the Ketchikan Indian Community Domestic Violence Program put on the event.
